Oh October

The earliest I have been to bed is maybe 10:30, with me waking up at 3:40 to go to work.  Last night I fell asleep at midnight because my roommate Brooke was doing a photo shoot with our legs and feet.  It was exciting.  Yesterday was just a busy, hectic and stressful and so really I calculate that I only really got about 2 hours of sleep last night.  It was hard, the first 1 1/2 hours of work I was ready to just lay down and sleep, but after a certain point I was just fine.  Finally after 3 hours of vacuuming I was able to go home.  Got in my apartment and in bed and asleep by 7:30.  I was out.
I woke up at noon to a request to go to lunch.  After lunch I came home then spent a good half hour at least stressing about and looking for my keys, which I am really annoyed about at the moment that I cannot find.  I had them when I got into my dorm this morning and now they have the nerve to disappear on me- I am really annoyed about this and I want my keys! I left them on the couch where I normally put the and now they are gone.  =[  This really annoys me.

Then I went to a forum for my math class and then went to Science and now I am at the Career and
Academic Advising office waiting to get helped to change my Major to I don't know what yet.....the it is to the library for homework, because I havn't even started any homework yet at it is close to 5.  Wow.  So, I am gonna work a lot tonight and tomorrow to get as much homework done as I can so I won't have to worry about it this weekend since I am going to Salt Lake City.

Yep.  That is me.  Just working, homework, eating pizza....because Pizza and a salad and ice cream is just about all I eat here.  Ya.

It has gotten warmer this week, I think today it got somewhere between 45- 50 degrees, nice, huh?  I hear it will get as warm as 60, which is amazing and sounds perfect right now!  So, all the snow is melted, which is ok.  It is cold enough in the morning when I go to class and I can see my breath all the way there, not just for the first 3 minutes.
You know what else?  When I come back from work at 7 am it is still as dark as it was at 4 am and it shows no sign of light, yet somehow my 8 the sun has come up.
I know, shocker.

And now, a BUNCH of over-due pictures for you to delight in.  =]

Canada and I, she is from Alberta so she was not as excited about the snow as a certain person from California....

Me and Holly, eating our usual meal at the Nordic.  Actually, we normally eat there 2 X a day.  I normally get pizza and a salad.  Yes, that averages out to a LOT of pizza in one week.  On Occasion I get a sandwich.
We took a lovely stroll to Hogi Yogi, and along the way took many pictures.  This is the proof that it snowed- and I was with it.  =]
We do not have a kitchen, but every Sunday we make dinner using the upper lounge kitchen, bu instead this past Sunday we used some guys from our wards kitchen, and they had a ninja mask- you may from now on call and know me as Ninja Mary.
This would be Sarah Bonn and I in Chapman hall rejoicing in the snow and delighting in the picturefulleness of it.  =]
This picture contains: Brooke, Sarah, Me and Canada.  We had stopped to scoop snow off of peoples car, throw a few, and eat some. =]
This is the proof that I do go to the library.  =]
On our way to Hogi Yogi everyone was like, "Mary, lick the pole" I was so close until I remembered I shouldn't- but the Canadian said it wasn't cold enough to do anything anyway, so I licked this pole, actually, just the snow.
My and Brooke! =]  yay!
There was actually a better one of this where you could see the snow- but I like this!  I was warm, wearing a thermal, long sleeve shirt, knitted socks, that yellow jacket, my scarf, hat, and gloves- all the warmest things I owned I had on.
Me, Sarah, Brooke, Holly and Canada, towards the end of our picture taking fun we needed a group picture. =]
I like this.  =]  Brooke, Canada and myself.
The Canadian with her weapon: a snowball.

Me eating the snow.

This was is called, "The am mature attacks the pro."  This that spot?  I totally got her.  =]  it was great.
